1/2/20 Bi-weekly meeting. Held at Liquid Noise. Members in attendance were Shane, Mick, Brian K, Brad, Mike, Michelle, Jeff, Brooks, and Steve A. This was the 8 month tasting of the brett experiment. This marks the second time the beers were tasted. Mick created a spreadsheet for tasters to describe the aroma and flavor characteristics of each beer. We plan to do this again at the 12 month mark and compare all 3 data sets. The tasting info can be found on the club website. Also discussed was club participation in Hibrewnation on 2/8.
