Bi-weekly meeting held at Liquid Noise. Members in attendance were Mick, Shane S, Brad, Brian K, Brian M, Mike R, Jeff, Tres, Brooks, and Steve A. We finally finished the club hot sauce project. The end result was roughly 6 gallons of various lacto fermented hot sauces. A portion of the sauces will be used to bolster club funds.
