• Next Meeting:
o Educational – Hop Teas! We will be steeping ½ oz. of hops in 12 oz. of 180F water. Hops will be provided by Scottzins. Volunteers are Tim S., Carlo, Scott, and Fran. Each person will do two varieties. Please stop by Scottzins to pick up your hops! Also, try to do them the night before or the day of gentlemen.

• Upcoming Events:
o Brewery at Hershey, April 12th – 13th(one day wine, one day beer). 5-gallon minimum. $10 per person gets you all you can enter per person. SoA would like to have a presence on the beer day of course. More details to follow.
