Brew Session of Hefe – Mon, May 26th [Memorial Day hoilday]

Gentlemen, I play to brew a 10 gal batch of hefe on Mon, May 26th [Memorial Day holiday]. Please let me know whether you are interested and/or available to join me.

I plan to split the batch [same grist and hop profile] via different yeast strains and perhaps some secondary fruit additions.

I live in Midtown Harrisburg near Little Amps coffee. I will provide my address to those interested in joining me

That sounds like a fun brew day, especially splitting the batch between different yeast strains to see how much the character changes. Hefeweizen can get a lot of its banana and clove notes from the yeast, so a side-by-side comparison would be really interesting. I was also browsing spinmama casino recently, but honestly I’d be much more interested in tasting the different versions of this batch.
