That sounds like a fun brew day, especially splitting the batch between different yeast strains to see how much the character changes. Hefeweizen can get a lot of its banana and clove notes from the yeast, so a side-by-side comparison would be really interesting. I was also browsing spinmama casino recently, but honestly I’d be much more interested in tasting the different versions of this batch.
