Bi-weekly meeting held at Sansone Auto Works. Members in attendance were Shane, Mick, Brad, Brian K, Eric, Brian M, and Steve A. Mick delivered a presentation on interpreting Brulosophy results. In short, take them with a grain of salt. Good job, Mick! Members enjoyed some excellent home brewed sour beers and fermented hot sauces.
Some club business was discussed. Meetings will now start at 6:30. Also participants in the club beer draft will present their finished product over the next 2 meetings.
Big thanks to Shane for hosting. We’ll be there again in 2 weeks.
