Hey everyone! Sorry it took so long to post my info!
I’m Scott Wilson, I’ve been brewing all grain for a number of years now, with varied success. I really want to improve as a brewer so I try to ask a lot of questions!
My brewing style match my drinking tastes, a little mundane perhaps, but I love anything hoppy, boozy or dark. I am, however, open to new styles and new brewing ideas!
I’ve recently taken the plunge into water chemistry, and I’m curious and excited to see how that changes my beers. I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone, their systems and their styles.
