Bi-weekly meeting. Members in attendance were Shane, Mick, Brian, Tres, Brad, Jeff, and Steve A. Mick put on a very informative presentation of attenuation. Thanks, Mick! Various fermented hot sauces were brought for sampling, in addition to homebrew. Discussed fundraising and possible changes to the club logo. Next meeting will include the first tasting of the brett experiment beers.
